Paladin181: This is the 3rd publisher Frogwares has had a virtually identical problem with, and at that point, one has to wonder if they are the shady ones trying to extort things from their publishers. The only logical explanation I have is that their legal agreement with Frogwares have some favorable for them loopholes, meaning that even without the source code they could have all the other rights for the game. Nacon is quite big company, they acquired several studios in a row, they should have money and legal advisors, why in the hell would they risk their money and reputation by putting illegal version of a game to Steam? What about Origin store and consoles, why it was not removed there? Unless they are absolutely crazy and for some reason recognize Sinking City as the absolute gem of the world best games I could hardly understand their motives. However the whole case is very muddy with contradicting stories as to the official court rulings. But pulling this stunt could damage their case because they are not complying with a court decision. If that's true, Frogwares is putting their foot in it, since any sales made while things are in question would be awarded to Frogwares as damages if they win. ![]() Paladin181: According to the courts, they have the right temporarily until the whole case is decided.
